Got questions?
Curiosity is part of every great journey. Here are the answers to the questions our stargazers ask the most. And if you still wonder about something, we’re always here to help.
Planetarium Go! is a mobile planetarium that travels across the UK, bringing immersive 360° space shows to families, schools, and curious minds of all ages.
Our planetarium has a maximum capacity of 60 guests per session.
Yes. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible and includes two designated wheelchair spaces.
Our seating consists of deck-style chairs arranged in connected rows.
To provide the best possible viewing experience, chairs are positioned at varying reclining angles throughout the dome. Guests seated closer to the screen may be in a more reclined position than those seated further back.
Guests with back, neck or mobility concerns may wish to consider this when booking.
Each guest receives an individual headset with adjustable volume, allowing for a personalised listening experience.
At present, we do not provide subtitles or captions. As a result, the experience may not be fully accessible for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing.
While we do not currently offer dedicated SEN sessions, the experience is family-friendly and generally calm in nature.
Most shows are documentary-style presentations, with some animated content available for younger audiences. The immersive environment is engaging, but is not typically overwhelming for most visitors.
If you have specific concerns, please contact us before booking and we will be happy to provide further information.
Some shows include simulated movement through space and sequences featuring moving planets, stars or other celestial objects.
Guests who are sensitive to motion sickness, dizziness or vertigo should consider their own comfort levels before attending.
We have not conducted formal testing in relation to photosensitive epilepsy.
Some shows may contain occasional rapid visual transitions or changes in lighting. Guests with photosensitive conditions should use their own discretion before attending.
All of our shows are family-friendly. However, some educational content may be better suited to older children, as younger audiences may find certain topics more difficult to engage with.
Recommended age guidance is displayed for each show and is provided by our film distributors. These recommendations are intended as guidance only.
All currently available promotional codes can be found on our homepage alongside our ticket prices. Simply copy the relevant code and enter it into the promotional code field during checkout before completing your purchase.
No. Only one promotional code can be applied per order. Promotional codes cannot be combined.
If you would like to use multiple promotional offers, separate bookings will need to be made.
Wheelchair spaces are reserved within our seating plan and are not available for direct selection online.
To book a wheelchair space, please select the two seats in Row E located next to the aisle and apply the designated wheelchair/carer promotional code during checkout.
If you require any assistance with your booking, please contact us before purchasing your tickets.
When booking, please select the appropriate seats and apply the designated disabled/carer promotional code during checkout to add the complimentary carer ticket.
Carers may be asked to provide supporting documentation upon arrival.
We accept a wide range of supporting documentation. Physical documents or a clear photograph of the documentation on a mobile device are both acceptable.
Children under 4 years old do not require a ticket provided they are seated on a parent or guardian’s lap throughout the session.
As they do not occupy a separate seat, there is no need to add them to your booking.
We are always on the go!
